Meet Quincy

Quincy did not come from the wealthiest of families, but his life was rich. He cherishes the memories he has of fishing with his grandmother, rabbit hunting with his cousin, and picnics his family made to local rivers, lakes, and parks. Often, his family traveled to nearby big cities, St. Louis or Indianapolis, to visit aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Quincy is outgoing and never met a stranger. He was a social, friendly boy and supportive of his teammates when he played baseball and football.

Quincy is a protector.  Growing up with his sisters, he put their safety and well-being first. He viewed himself as their guardian angel.

Quincy values his family. Whether he listened to Al Green, Aretha Franklin, or Isaac Hayes with his father, or cared for his ailing grandmothers until their passings, he showed up for family. He put their needs above his.

There are many stories we can share about Quincy, but we want to help Quincy plan for new stories, new memories, and new adventures with a family of his own by freeing him from prison.
